Dear Heartache2Hope Community Members,
“In a year of overwhelming and collective grief, we continued to offer hope and healing after suicide loss…”
The health and safety of our clients, staff, and volunteers is our top priority at all times. As you may know, we quickly moved to virtual supportive services in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Heartache2hope will start to gradually resume select in-person services. Here is how we now will be providing our supportive services:
- Members of our grief support team will be available for virtual support sessions and in-person individual support sessions, ensuring that they have completed our COVID-19 Training, and have signed a Vaccine Declaration Form. Appropriate screening, physical distancing and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (e.g., mask) will also be required.
- We will continue to provide all our group programming virtually until further notice.
We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will provide updates to services as needed. We encourage you to stay up-to-date on health information through Halton Region’s website and on our services through our website and social media.
If you have any questions, please contact us at info@Heartache2Hope.com or 905-599-4673. The practices outlined above will be in place until further notice. Thank you for your understanding as we continue to provide safe grief support.
