Has someone you
love died by suicide?
You are not alone.

Heartache2Hope provides healing support to children, teens, and adults who have experienced a suicide loss. We offer 12-week support groups, drop-in group meetings, individual counselling and peer support, and community education.

We invite you to join us on Saturday, June 15th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Oakville’s Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park for Heartache2Hope's 5k Walk2Remember. Walk in memory of a loved one. Create a team and make it a special event.

Our Walk2Remember was designed to build community, meet others experiencing similar grief, and provide the opportunity to commemorate our loved ones lost to suicide, while raising awareness and fundraising for Heartache2Hope.

We encourage you to invite your friends and family to walk with you! Can't join on the day of? Don't worry! Register to participate virtually on a date and location that suits you or donate to help us reach our goal, and share this page with your friends!
