Has someone you
love died by suicide?
You are not alone.
Heartache2Hope provides healing support to children, teens, and adults who have experienced a suicide loss. We offer 12-week support groups, drop-in group meetings, individual counselling and peer support, and community education.

GIVEOakville
Heartache2Hope is honoured to once again be selected as one of The Oakville Community Foundation's GIVEOakville charities of choice. GIVEOakville pre-screens several local charities, meaning you can feel confident knowing your donation will be making an impact right in our community. GIVEOakville runs until December 11th.
This past year approximately 1500 people in Halton were impacted by suicide loss. With your generous support, Heartache2Hope can ensure our suicide loss grief support services continue to be offered free to all suicide loss grievers so that No One Touched by Suicide Grieves Alone.
“This program has given me hope. The light has come back into my life. Heartache2Hope made that happen.”
